25 years old female patient come to ER Complaining of nausea then vomiting in the clinic with sensation of dizziness after eating outdoors (sea food ) not long garment items used in homecoming situation
While doing examination and taking vital data
The patient get tachypnea, suffocation then the skin become so cold and blood pressure was rapidly falling down
