Trigger warning

Im 11 weeks 6 days pregnant well last night I started bleeding super bad ..went to emergency room and they checked the baby they said everything was fine I heard the heart beat got in injection because my body was trying to remove my baby so they stoped the misscarege but I'm still worried..has anyone been tru this and did baby make it??
